I’m the founder of AIGal.io, where I build and document applied product research on how AI reshapes collaboration, decision-making, and leadership when embedded directly into real product workflows.
I design platforms and customer experiences that scale with integrity — amplifying voices, creating opportunity, and turning trusted engagement into lasting customer and revenue growth.
For two decades, I’ve led product organizations at Atlassian, eBay, Yahoo!, Condé Nast, and early-stage startups — scaling community, commerce, and content platforms to millions of users worldwide.
What motivates me has always been the same:

I’m less interested in what AI can produce — and more interested in what humans and AI can achieve together.
Outputs are just the receipt. AI made outputs easier to count — it didn’t make them more meaningful.
With AI designed into the work as a teammate, we can have both.
They’re the foundation the next era has to be built on.
The human side of shipping great products doesn’t go away with AI. It gets more important.

🌍 Growing Up Everywhere
My approach to product leadership was shaped long before my first job.
I grew up across five countries — Brazil, Ecuador, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, and Italy — as the daughter of a Foreign Service officer. That global lens shaped how I lead, adapt, and connect across cultures and contexts.
🧭 From There to Here
That “everywhere” energy carried into my career.
From both coasts to my home in Austin, TX, I’ve built global teams and shipped global products — learning as much from pivots and pauses as from the wins.
My story isn’t a list of logos. It’s a map of experiments, iterations, and a few thoughtful deprecations along the way.
